Q: I just placed an order, when will it ship!?
A: That depends on what you ordered! Everything in the store is in stock unless notified in the title of the product with [Pre-Order] or something in the product description notifying you about a pre-order closing date. Pre-orders will not ship immediately, please make sure to read the full product description prior to checkout. Otherwise, your item will ship on our next mail date.
Q: Well, when are your mail days?
A: Mail days are Monday through Saturday. Placed an order on Tuesday? It will be shipped next day, Wednesday. Placed an order on Friday night? It will ship Saturday. Saturday morning? It will ship on Monday! This can be subject to change in the future depending on order volume. If so, please allow 3-5 days to process your order in which your order will be sent out as soon as possible.
Q: There was a problem with my order. What can I do??
A: If there is a problem with your order, please contact us first via email.
If you received the wrong size, a damaged product, extra product or something is missing, this can be solved.
We have a no refund policy but there are exceptions.
Again, please email us right away if there is an issue with your order! Full name and order number in the title of your email will help expedite the process.
